Policy

Do you ever ride on subway or mrt or bus or any of public trasportation, a decent one, I mean, but the seat has all occupied?
You have to stand, straphanger, and face the windows.
Sometimes the curtain is up, sometimes is down. But its never like the way you want it to be. It's depend on the passanger who sit in the seat in front it.

It's just like policy everywhere. Some people made that policy and that forget it, while some people had to stand in front of it every second of their lives. Well not every second, but you know what I mean...... Work stinks.....!!
